I used to work at a Pizza Hut. All the toppings that go on the pizzas are not fresh. We never cut any of the vegetables. It came in plastic bags. The same with the meats. Even the sauce came in huge plastic bags that was just mixed with water. The dough was frozen too. It just had to be heated up to rise.
