Oh it definitely did, but at this point, Trump wants anything that'll make his case look better to his base, even if it legitimately looks idiotic to everyone else. Not even sure this is a result of a Trump case either, I think it was just PA's court making a ruling as they eventually plan to count these votes.

I think every state should have the same rules to avoid the bullshit for next time.
