Poverty has nothing to do with it
Vietnam defeated the USA
It has to do with fighting spirit
But nobody was willing to die to save a corrupt US backed government
So they said why risk my life right now
A "fighting spirit" not winning you no war in the 2000s lol
And america did not lose the vietnam war, they gave up. The public started to see what they were doing.
Look up the casualties in the past 5 or so years. They are extremely minimal for people who signed up to fight in a war. To prevent child rape and hardline Islamic law being imposed? Might be worth it.
If you are for US occupation you should probably talk to your local military recruiters and sign up yourself.

Giving up a war means you lose bro

Are you a fan of Tom Cotton?
3000 lives and a trillion dollars spent along with eternal ptsd and soldiers knowing their brothers in arms died for a worthless war.
Giving up a war means you lose bro
Lmao American mental gymnastics abt Vietnam will never stop being hilarious to me
This Plankton dude really thinks it was sunshine and daisies in Afghanistan a couple months ago?
Are you a fan of Tom Cotton?
I'm not a fan of any politician, I will say he's not a dummy like your average GOPer.
Lmao American mental gymnastics abt Vietnam will never stop being hilarious to me
They didnt lose they simply ran away and everything they tried to prevent ended up happening that’s all
This Plankton dude really thinks it was sunshine and daisies in Afghanistan a couple months ago?
It's worse now, that's for sure.
I'm saying. How are you gonna justify this based on the nationality of the people involved?
I just think it's egotistical. There are way more people and countries involved than just the Americans but that's ok, Americans aren't really smart sometimes.
What about the Germans? Some of them also wasted their lifes.
What about the Afghans who worked for these countries? Taliban is going to kill them if nobody helps them, they're already looking for those people. That's why Bidens speech was so horrible.
The truth is this was inevitable - but it could've been managed way better, smarter and MOST importantly: faster.

I hope you aren't reincarnated as an Afghan civilian.

Its not even mental gymnastics. I don't care about what wars America wins or loses. To compare what vietnam did and what the Afghanistan cant and soley saying its fighting pride is stupid

I hope you aren't reincarnated as an Afghan civilian.
Let me know when you've signed up. If you are prepared to fight for them it shouldn't be a problem.

Sorry but trying to read that last sentence gave me brain damage

Yikes
“Since 9/11, four times as many U.S. service members and veterans have died by suicide than have been killed in combat, according to a new report.”

Y’all want niggas to either die or be traumatized and suffer from PTSD over some bullshit
I thought ties were unamerican that's why basketball has overtime
Sorry but trying to read that last sentence gave me brain damage
What did you not understand? Maybe i can dumb it down for you if that was too hard to grasp

I fail to see how this is inevitable. Again, that’s cowardice. The only reason the US would ever HAVE to withdraw is if we lost the capacity the spend < $100 billion and commit < 10,000 troops annually, in which case we’ll have bigger problems to worry about. We could have stayed forever.
