I think I chose the wrong game to start with though. SkullGirls seems hard af mastering these combos.

I played Skull Girls and couldn’t really get into it. If you wanna get one down I guess fighters is the easiest. I haven’t spent THAT much time on strive. Just with my gf.

So FighterZ & since the same developers make Strive go for that one also. Arcsystem never misses so you cant go wrong either way.

Nah street fighter is just as bad if you dig deep. It’s mostly the old heads. If people really dive deep into “vintage” side of FGC YouTube a lot of the videos are so bad. Also when you have some of these dudes (and women) added personally on social media like fb it’s insufferable. I unfollowed half the FGC last year because I couldn’t take it anymore. Accounts like that Xanoz chick always in drama and having it on my tl. Then the top players acting like celebrities. Half the dudes doing the same weirdo s*** smash players be on. Half the girls f***ing their way into the top player circles. It’s all yikes to me

Yeah, for sure. I'm just hoping we get a real ass next-gen fighting game. Need both Harada and Nakayama to pull out all the stops, especially since both games made a ton of money.

Well yeah Nvidia/Steam leaked it last year. The question is just... When will they announce it? They haven't giving Tekken 7 any DLC since March 2021... So almost 1 year ago which either means a Tekken 7 remaster or them getting ready to show the first Tekken 8 trailer either August 2022 or some time in 2023 for sure. And they should be using Unreal Engine 5 so I can't wait to see how Tekken 8 will look like on PS5/PS5 Pro, PC etc.
