But Spain can control the midfield much better than Argentina. I don’t see Argentina being able to win their own way, it would have to be reactive and I don’t think they can do that either

Obviously Spain are better than Argentina but France didn't even try to control the midfield. France evidently also has 0 dog in their team whilst Argentina has the highest level ever recorded so I'm sure they could do something. I think Spain would ultimately win but stylistically it's an easier game for Argentina than France but Argentina will probably lose against England either way
