Need a Song Machine 2. Part 1 was their best project since Plastic Beach

Listening back to it recently, I couldn't agree more

Humanz still their best. Song Machine was great but was lacking cohesion and confidence. Need them to go for a big singular vision again.

Bro Song Machine is a gazillion times more cohesive and confident than anything on Humanz.

Song Machine is literally a collection of singles sequenced in the order a friend of Damon's told him he thought sounded good

ppl just gave that album a bad rep and I really don't know why. It tells a coherent story from start to finish, all the songs work well together with several smooth transitions and repeated lyrical themes, it's got a lot of variety and tons of great performances. I get why ppl didn't want something like that for the big comeback album but it made sense to me and 5 years later I don't know how anyone could still be mad at it

Every album from Gorillaz, from self title to The Fall is a masterpiece within itself. That is including G,D,Sea Sides.
