Man f*** recruiters they use me to fill their quota for outbound calls. Still need them tho

got my current job from one but yeah it can be hard if you don't interview well or have a lot less experience than me i have a buddy struggling right now trying to get help desk job with a degree

working in an IT team with 50 people vs 4 is so much different

it's going to be interesting, in some ways it's better I'm not expected to do everything but in other ways there are so many more siloing of roles which makes sense for security reasons but it all makes it so there are a lot more office politics

I suggest something and like 5 people are on board but a whole team is like nah that's not allowed and then it's like now I have get executives involved to overrule people cause they don't understand why what they're asking us to do is totally stupid and unworkable
