but how do yall have the time? big steps? little steps? in circles? straight lines? i cant fathom walking 40k steps a day

I just walk normally , I work in nyc so it’s very walkable but today I’m probably going to go grocery shopping ,go to the park with my kids, etc. but I don’t modify my normal walking
