I like the beat and what you did with it. It’s a vibe. I think the problem though is that the original song is so perfect (might be top 5 Drake) that it’s hard for ANY remix not to sound jarring in comparison

Its like 2 things that separated are good, but dont mix well together

It was difficult finding the right bpm and the drums I made have a slight swing to it. I really tried to hone in and make everything fit in the right place. Even looked up what key he sings in and used that key to make my melody

oh i didnt mean it dont fit in like some technical bpm s***
i meant like the beat is giving me like a more animated and happy vibe but the drake vocals are more somber and sad and IMO it didnt work for me
But its just my honest opinion man, i do think the beat fire
