Really the whole 4th season but especially the second half of the 4th season was a real drag to watch

Everything that had made the show appealing in the first place was pretty much gone

The massive jump forward in time really took me out of the moment and made it feel like a chore I had to finish just to see how it ended

The idea of being told "yup this happened and it happened in a time jump so you don't get to see how but it did so you have to accept us not showing you how it could have reasonably taken place" is not satisfying at all

Other than some greater message about Hollywood (which I don't care about in relation to this story) what in gods name was the point of a ten minute poorly done movie to take up thst much time in the final episode when we only got 30 minutes?

Sitting through that season for that to be at the end felt like a slap in the face, and to see the little moron grinning like a goofball at it after his mother explained to him in detail that his father was blatantly a murderer doesn't even make sense

And I feel like that being some sweet or nice moment didn't land as much as they wanted it to

I honestly think they bit off more than they could chew by committing to this season. Like it was two episodes too long at a minimum.
