Did they hire him because you didn’t want to close by yourself or because it’s standard to have multiple closers?

i’m just dealing with anxiety tbh
He’s just 16 and this is so obviously his first job ever
And while I get that and I empathize with that, I don’t like being put into a s***ty position bc nobody else will/can train him
He just can’t get things done in a timely/efficient manner
And I’m a bad leader I don’t enjoy being one

ever since getting off my adhd meds it feels like im unable to do… anything. my confidence is in the gutters and just about everything is overwhelming for me now. its like ive entirely forgotten how to live with this diagnosis. hoping to get back on meds soon.

3-4 months now i believe. For awhile I just figured id wait it out, eventually get the hang of things again.
but last week i denied myself liquids for several hours because i didnt feel competent enough to pour a glass of f\*\*\*ing water. thats when i realized its a larger problem
