I'm drinking an imperial stout so its a little stronger

Me too but sometimes I get tired of IPAs and need a change. And most everything else like lagers, bocks, etc taste like piss water now

I always assumed it was like a pretentious condescending thing

But after you're used to even semi decent beer you really can't do it lol
