he also has a ton of unreleased music from his earlier days and a lot of it is amazing too. i havent heard it all yet
like he gave out people CDs and send stuff to people in emails but never put them out officially. not leaks or anything

cool different arrangements of songs, passionate performance, his band is good (some nice guitar solos in there), varied setlists

i guess yeah when he was in high school but idk any of that stuff is out or anything. and i think one of those guys from that band is his longtime lead guitarist iirc
the first album Race isn't my favorite but it's still really good and the best album I've ever heard made by a 16 year old I think. Gnaw will always be one of his best songs
I'm curious if you will like the older stuff and the newer stuff both. i think there is a bit of a split, the earlier stuff is definitely a different style (more elliott smith). there are some fans who think the earlier stuff is better but I think the later stuff is better
