That's R&B to me too but would lose against anything you play. This was one of the only songs from Rhythm Nation that wasn't a hit.

yeh cuz it’s gon be kinda like the rock one where ppl gonna be like “this ain’t r&b
”so maybe we can just call it 80s vs 90s with the main attraction being r&b but you can color outside of the lines where u see fit that make sense

I’d represent Wiz and play nothing but mixtape songs and album cuts. No hits whatsoever and to keep it fair and “cohesive” lol, I’d just play the smooth joints to match the energy.
