i've thought about it a lot last night n this morning n yeah i've compromised on like 3 important things (room size, total square footage of the space [we're going to have a tiny ass living room no matter what cus he's very very frugal], and also location to a degree) and he just keeps shutting s*** down to look for his perfect dream apartment in a crappy cheap neighborhood i'm telling him today what the business is and if he ain't down for it we should consider moving separately
