Michaels biggest issue was he didn’t have a definitive person working alongside him after Quincy Jones and Teddy Riley
I’m aware Rodney Jerkins was “that guy” after those 2, but let’s be honest he didn’t have the chemistry with Michael like they did.
I know Michael really wanted Dr. Dre to be his main producer for Invincible but Dre was intimidated and declined.
