the lyrics might be more important for you than they are to me tbh. i don't think ive ever had a problem enjoying music because of how their background contextualized it. like there are some other artists for sure (Maybe some good rock examples) where you are like "yeah i guess these sound like snooty priveleged/rich/art school kids" but i usually dont end up caring much unless I don't like the musical direction at all ig
