WESLEYS THEORYWhole album was a mess if you look into the history of it.
He heart was not into music after History and he was going through the motions to fulfill his contract obligation so he could start being in movies.
For something half assed it’s still a very enjoyable album, at least to me

like kanye said you get enough money to buy a big house and have some cool cars and now you have to tour and pump out an album every other year to afford it and if you don't they'll just take your money

One thing to note about MJ is that even though his voice changed from Bad to Dangerous and he lost some of his range, he never stopped being a great singer or making enjoyable music.
Can’t say the same for some artists later down the line.
