I think he’s just in the place in his career where he is still a bit too closely tied to Kendrick. He’s gonna have to break out the cousin mold and create his own identity with the next album or he’ll just be viewed as an extension of Kendrick legacy rather then having his own.
But I mean at this point, Keem more successful than everyone over at TDE aside from SZA. So he’s clearly doing something right.
