I love her but I’ve never been a big fan of 1989. It has some good tracks but as an album it’s one of her weakest.
It was her doing a pop album but it was weak pop for the most part
Lover was way better as a pop Taylor album. Lover was when she really came into her own making pop music. 1989 was just okay
