AIR SPICEi went to go take a s*** after hitting this random white girl named ashley joint at this bar we were at and i was already super f***ing drunk, pouring mad vodka in my seltzers. so now I was super zooted she had that dank fr. i was puking all overmyself and on the floor while sitting on a toilet in a stall without a lock
then i walked out and told my friends we had to go

A lot of the movie is about critiquing his inaction as Bruce the billionaire. You are correct in that the movie was trying to show being Batman isn’t enough, but Gotham still needs Batman too.
The flood was the riddler trying to destroy and restart Gotham’s infrastructure. He wanted to restart everything and that wall was paid for with the renewal fund.
you’re being more charitable than i was. i remember walking out of that movie going “???”. felt like the third act was written by an entirely new group of people that didn’t understand the first two acts.
but maybe youre right, i havent seen it since it was in theaters.
