i like them but honestly never been as big of fan of David Lee Roth's vocal style compared to the other big hard rock vocalists. so i never liked them as much as aerosmith, guns n roses, deep purple, etc. i think the vocals are the most "dad rock"-y aspect

My dad was obsessed with them, this past year he gave me all his vintage 80/90s tour shirts & like 5 of them were Van Halen’s he had two MJ ones in there too; he’s a real one
