legit i just work out a lot lol. i eat practically the same as i used to except i hardly snack at all. like i'll eat a small 200 calorie smthn btwn lunch and dinner but other than that no snax
i calorie watch in a very guesstimate sorta way. not gonna do the actual math cus idk ya bodys burning calories in variable amounts everyday anyway even if u not working out...not gonna act like i know more than my body yk

i legit am in a far better place than i've been in like 3 years. life is strange. my problems now are way different than they were a year ago. mby i had no clue just how far i had to go last year and now that i'm part of the way there the view is clearer. which makes it more disappointing in a way. this s\*\*\* wack! also goated. also wack thoThat’s a lot of pounds congrats
