id still put it in the Tonight/Never Let Me Down /Pin Ups level tier though

i listened to The Next Day recently also and that one is def very good

i dont think its that bad. just imagine peak glam bowie doing meh covers of pretty good 60s songs. like its really tolerable for me but never really crosses into enjoyment
