it does seem to be the case

see, bottom paged

very introspective album but in an aloof and deadpan way

maybe i just want to live in a girl coming of age movie

:vlosereave: cant believe dis

Is This It is an album that feels like looking through urban life in your early 20s like a deer staring at an oncoming car

is how i’d describe it maybe

love how bleak this is

im kinda letting the lyrics take a backseat and just listening to the riffs and drums tbh

got me shaking my arse

im sure he's spitting however

dis is why i shouldnt buy weed carts!

just such an apt and fitting title christ

Is This It?

my self control

It's the type of album for when you are at a bar and someone who is very loud kinda stinks and has managed to annoy you so you go outside and have small talk with a random person

Then you take a cab home and like you keep imagining crashing but you get home safely only to go inside and find some of your things missing

Then you go to bed

listen to this on repeat 10x

youll feel an instant boost of confidence for 30 mins

use it well

hell yeah

that album’s dna is in every popular “indie” release of the last 20 years really

especially the garage rock revival of the 2000s

oh i suppose

but what if im just a silly little gal just having fun

oh well then you’d love room on fire

oh i’m just kidding room on fire is just is this it bit a break up album

yeah it's pretty impressive it's from 2001

feels like it coulda dropped yesterday

Yeah but like you're just a silly girl having fun but what is that worth and everyone is worthless because we all die

oh absolutely

it really couldve dropped any decade after the 60s i fully believe it

we could be friends? we could be friends

definition of timeless
