But yeah, his career would’ve taken a different trajectory if Relpase hadn’t been s***ted on, but a version of Recovery and MMLP2 probably still would’ve come out.

problem is Relapse had more vocal haters than fans
all the singles made for npc's sucked and the album cuts were either emo or horrorcore
Relapse would've been a great mixtape but as an album it's remarkably polarizing

It was a very bold choice as an album but very respectable in retrospect. It felt like the last real Eminem album to me.
