I honestly think they’re all crazy. Natalia probably did do most if not all the things they said. But I mean it’s excusable for her because she was literally a child…like are we seriously judging the actions of a 8 year old, she clearly needed help. When the results came back that she legitimately was like 100% a child when they adopted her it made the show feel kinda pointless. Like that claim that she was secretly an adult was the point of the show almost and it was just verifiably untrue. I think she probably had behavioral issues but that her original adopted parents probably exaggerated them to justify them neglecting her and made up the "secretly an adult" theory to cope because they really just didn't want to deal with her
