As someone who uses Splice samples, it annoys me to the ends of the earth when producers knock other producers for using loops or wherever. At the end of the day, music is just a cohesive collection of sounds and how you arrange those sounds and make it your own is what ultimately matters. As long as you aren't stealing, you good.
