I was watching a video about abbey road and they mentioned it being their last album and I was like ?

Let It Be would’ve been released in 1969 before Abbey Road but George Martin quit the project basically and the guy who they had working on mixing the album, didn’t do a satisfactory job and it was shelved until Phil Spector was brought on to take a stab at the material.

I suppose that explains why theres a spector-produced version, and a “naked” version

the version of let it be on the white album super deluxe is interesting
