he refused to drop timmy turner for 3 months, outlet for almost 4 and then didnt drop his debut album which was meant to drop in jan 2017 until april 2018

Truthfully though Kanye never really respected him as an artist though and basically got him signed so he could use Panda on Pt. 2.
After TLOP era Desiigner and Ye association was basically a remix to Timmy Turner done as a favor for Mike Dean and Desiigner ghostwriting on Yandhi.
