ok imo i treat others the way im treated. everyone takes my words and actions the same way, i assume its the ktt way

i completely understand wym tho. i always assume the worst of people im misanthropic pessimist bc of life experiences

i guess i could benefit from not having my guard up all the time and not going straight for the jugular when i feel attacked

my way to tone it down is replying things like "wym" or "?" before going kodak mode

This is a thing that challenges me as well

But I saw a pattern

In my eyes people would repeatedly look at how I behaved in a certain way and it would damage certain relationships I had and even friends would become upset with me

I would see other people behave in ways I would view as just as bad if not worse but they were seemingly still much better at maintaining relationships and avoiding conflict than I was

My mentally ill brain always viewed this as "everyone has it out for me and is for some reason treating me unfairly when compared to everyone else"

But then I think I have realized that my behavior is actually less socially acceptable than the behaviors that most people have that bother me and that it's a me problem not everyone else. As in everyone doesn't just randomly have it out for me in comparison to everyone else
