Like it’s gotta be the novelty factor for most people right. When you listen to nothing but the same trap production for 3 years, the “shock” of hearing something different skews your opinion automatically. We honestly been starved for fresh sounds by hip hop artists in general for years so I see why everyone is losing their minds off first impressions. It’s gonna age like milk tho
