I dont think he has fallen off. If its true that his last album, American Dream didnt hit like he thought it would but at the same time it had a hit with Redrum.

I feel he is at that point where Migos was in 2018 with Culture 2. Album did numbers and had hits but at the same time people were getting tired of them because they were appearing everywhere, lots of feats and dropping music. Exactly like 21, that had appearing on everyone album and niggas are starting to get tired of him.

So basically his next album and moves will decide what happens with him. Either he rebounds or the fall off starts there
