what are ur symptoms? i would suggest drinking sum chamomile tea with honey (don't ever forget the honey)

and eat sum fruits n veggies, stay away from processed foods and energy drinks they will exacerbate the way u feel n make it a lot worse

also drink plenty of water and if none of that works.. u may have to resort to smoking marijuana so let's hope it doesn't get to that

Idk off the top of my head. But the combo products like DayQuil are just very inefficient and it makes more sense to buy the specific products that treat your specific symptoms.

Like for example dayquill has tylenol in it which is fine but u can take your own Tylenol.

And it has a nasal decontestant in it that is known to be very ineffective.
