That sounds intense dk if i'm ready for all that I run like 3x a week might eventually bump it to 4 chile

I run with music which helps me alot and let's me zone out almost completely

Do u wear like a Fitbit or anything like tht btw? Tht tracks ur heart rate. I'm sure you've felt it

But there's a certain zone where u can Lowkey run at a good pace without getting tired

And if u find tht number it's best to shoot for tht
