My job has us standing outside with the ice and a heated vehicle every couple minutes. Yep I am officially leaving my job. Heard from one employer yesterday but this is a staffing company and they were asking questions that were a bit invasive. For example how is my relationship with my family...why is that on a job application? Probably pass on this one. I am putting applications in daily.
