To me it isnt like a bad game but it suffers from trying to overcook in so many ways, while also making the combat more simple and flashy (end up being worse) and also having a long rocky development (games that took that long always fail fr)

Worst thing about the combat fr is them trying to make it look so amazing and flashy and s*** with those special big moves that are just cutscenes that trivalize the difficulty in so many ways

I forget what the system was called but combat damn near relied on it. Like you just spawn a big ass AoE attack and kill everything on screen. Even the key blades were kinda wack in the game. Iirc they were all IP based but in kh2 there were just some raw ass keyblade designs not related to the Disney properties
