i feel like we owe it to ourselves to not shrug it off and accept whats happening, even if thats more comforting.
like i feel the impulse to do the same but i feel like that complacency does nothing to help
I mean getting involved at the local level is all you can do now but in a red state like mine where they basically banned protests again what can you do
It’s not necessarily shrugging it off for me and more, we f***ed up ans deserve whatever happens next. Reorganizing in the meantime is necessary but I don’t feel bad for the American people

In hindsight, that one was on Biden, not Kamala. He should’ve read the writing on the wall in 2023 and gracefully not run for reelection and allowed for a traditional primary, instead of allowing it to get to the point that the party was screaming at him to step down.
America is not ready for a women president yet and that sounds misogynistic, but guess what? America is misogynistic deep down.
