rvichanging the entire food and pharma industry would take a lot of s***
while it takes less power to do things like spreading misinformation, smaller policy changes, deregulations based on faulty science or conspiracies
even if the most important intentions are good I am concerned with those things not being able to achieve (doomer s*** tbh) while some bad things are

even if they changed for the absolute best and became really healthy, it wouldn't happen under trump, it'd take 3-4 administrations constantly working in tandem and following legislation up
we always remember the big decisions throughout history that have changed history for the better or worse but always forget the 30 years that lead to those moment, change is incremental and takes lots and lots of people who are ultimately forgotten by history
