Eating or drinking things tht r bad for u
Doesn't make it any less bad for you if u consume it in moderation
Nobody is saying you have to consume chips or soda man
We know it’s not good for you, regardless of moderation. Which is why most soda companies don’t go with the “healthy” advertising angle like a lot of products do today, you know it’s not good for you.
But no one is being forced to drink soda and eat chips man. That’s a choice for the consumer.
@nort
mmmhm
Might as well be at this point lol
There's no shame in society anymore with the rise of OF

But honestly this debate is dumb as hell ngl
Yeah it isnt good but life isnt about being perfect about everything. Moderation exists! And nothing will happen if u induge on some of that some time
Like i know for example u aint putting sun screen everytime u step out the street for example

Because when we’re talking about processing, that falls under the definition. And that’s just one example where processing is appropriate and/or necessary.
Obviously people dont mean heating up milk (cooking), literally cooking food, cleaning eggs, making butter, etc. When they say processing. Even if its techincal a process, those dont fall under the category of “processed foods” but you know that
Does OP fight demons when he goes grocery shopping or something
Depends on current goals
Depends on current goals
Cant wait when u post the 6 pack to shut the haters off
You didn’t really specify what kind of answer you were looking for when it comes to “processed”, that’s an umbrella for multiple different types of food
I did though earlier. It was a strict definition that these things nort is saying dont fall under and they certainly dont fall under the ultra processed foods category the original article was talking about.

But it does fall under that category, lol.
atleast how I and this scientist define it:
“Processed foods refer to any food that’s changed from its natural state. This can include food that was simply cut, washed, heated, pasteurized, canned, cooked, frozen, dried, dehydrated, mixed, or packaged. It also can include food that has added preservatives, nutrients, flavors, salts, sugars, or fats.”

you see how we’re bouncing from “processed” to “ultra processed” here

I didn’t see your post earlier
OP asked me a question and that’s how I jumped in
I don’t know the point you’re trying to make here
Let's go back
I asked if u think ultra processed foods r good or bad
And u said
Well it depends how much u eat
But I'm not talking about in moderation
Just the product itself
it feels like we’re just yapping to yap because we basically all agree lol
