My suggestion as someone that has dealt with some pretty serious mental issues, is you have to force yourself to do it anyway, even if its not enjoyable in the moment.

Oh I mean I all I do is Spanish. Like I have abandoned fun (I find it fun a decent bit of the time but ykwim) all I do is work, workout and Spanish

Oh gotcha oh yeah thats different. Thats like me and drawing and games. There was a few years there I didnt play games and only drew and worked. But ive like cut my drawing practise by a third and started playing games again and ive been improving more since then, since I pay closer attention when I draw where im more relaxed.
