I struggled with this im literally paralyzed if i shoudl draw right now or play wow.
Sometimes I do 1.5 hours 20 minute break gaming, 1.5 hours, 1 hour break gaming, repeat and after 6 hours do a 2 hour break or call it in for the day.
It’s a bit harder to do in my last semester everything so busy but I find its a good ratio!Yeah highkey I just need to be firmer with like setting time and breaks

Yeah the breaks are necessary, they’ve done a lot of studies on it and stuff! If youre solely interested in learning as fast as possible, you need breaks.
Plus if u burn yourself out on it youre f***ed
