rviim still not sure the best way to handle all this for me mental health wise is
like i cant just completely tap out and pretend bad things arent happening but if i keep paying close enough attention like ive been so far its gonna be a rough ass 4 years for me
The best course of action is to make peace with the fact it’s not your fault and you can only do so much.
Try to tune out the constant media cycle and pay attention to local government. Thankfully, a lot of Conservatives still believe in leaving things to each state instead of overall federally.
