Here's the calculation tho

Starting weight X (1 - body fat%) = lean body mass

To figure out your future body fat % as your weight increases or declined (as long as ur maintaining muscle)

Current body weight - lean body mass = ?
(LBM ÷ current body weight) X 100 = body fat percentage
