Yes and good
See I just can't disagree with a take that has this much energy to it
And it tbh whether you use or not use d**** making u biased is stupid.
Nobody would accuse somebody who enjoys a beer on the weekend who studies alcohol effets to be biased.
If somebody developed ssri and they took them nobody woudl think thats make them biased.
Also NOT doing them also creates a bias, one that is rooted generally in more misinformation and propaganda than the pro legal side
Only reason I initially smoked weed
Was cuz I was writing a paper on weed
And I didn't wanna be biased

Dude definitely didn't finish it
its reductive in the sense that it downplays the evils of big pharma overprescribing and misdiagnosing and severely profiting from getting the vulnerable and unknowing addicted to hard d****
Ehh
You make it sound more intentional and egregious than it probably is. Like, this is a half-truth or a quarter-truth.
big pharma sells meth to children daily
I like that big farma sells me meth tbh. I don’t like that they give it to the kids
I will say from personal experience
Oregon decriminalized d**** for a period of time and it was one of the worst things to happen to the state
Which is probably why I lean towards the camp of keeping hard substances illegal. I never heard of a functioning heroin addict who didn’t eventually hit rock bottom.
Except for a large portion of the people who make music you listen to.
Also most functional addicts hide it well and jsut go to work and dont tell people.
Because people like your reinforce the stigma so much.
And the US decriminalizing d**** is different in a small area. You’ll have a large group of people travelling to that spot to do them and it’s skewed. Legalizing it country wide in other countries had nothing but positive effects.
And im sure it helped the poor people who are arrested for it on the street while youre posting on ktt talking about how awful it was
Dude definitely didn't finish it
I closed my eyes and saw adventure time
Sht was fun

if someone chooses to overprescribe themself and go ham w the addys thats their fault

so their goal isnt to profit ? lol.....
Basically
And i agree this is where it gets murky what is the process thats where people kinda disagree even in the pro legal circuit.
I will say first off ANYTHING would be better than people just buying god knows what off god knows who who would sell heroin to a 12 year old.
You could make people have to undergo safety training briefly before they buy it and be exposed to resources on addiction.
You could just sell it like alcohol.
You could maybe get a certification like a drivers license if you pass the safety training (i dont like this idea but its one)
if you sell it like alcohol, then naturally there will be an Anheuser-Busch of crack. these businesses would do very well IMO, just like alcohol companies and weed companies (idk how well weed companies do as it's still a young industry in america but i assume that industry will probably get conglomerated into some big national brands).
idk i think u gotta kinda think this part through in order to sell me on this policy theory. u are giving me lots of vastly different options on how it would be sold
Drinking rates were lower than pre-prohibtion during all of prohibition. But aside from that, we both know “drinking rate” means absolutely nothing. It’s about how much each person drank, not how many people drank. The massive overall decrease in alcohol related deaths and comorbidities speaks greater volumes.
Im just going to ignore your posts on this from now on i dont wanna argue wiht you im just saying my piece.
You wouldnt change you mind if there was a gun to your head and thats whatever, youre not the people i want to talk to about it as it is hopeless. And i already said my piece to you on it.
I think I will go through all of the seasons of this soon
Amazing show
Tear inducing towards the end

When u try to stand up to the big capitalism and they give u that ssri stare…

being prescribed “meth” as a child really aided me throughout grade school so thats nice
on the other hand, adhd is already a little difficult to diagnose and its only getting harder with everyone’s lowering attention span, so it’s common to get misdiagnosed
bro smoked DMT @ryder @tuneout

This is a complicated issue becasue they target a vulnerable group whose already pre disposition to addiction and give them large daily amounts.
It’s not the d*** thats the problem it’s the way theyre perscribed.
“Big pharma” also helps WAY more people than it hurts. And kinda off topic but the holistic fake medicine market is a larger industry than pharma and kills way more people.
