I dont know much about it! But in canada im pretty sure it’s an official recognized gender.
It’s a term that was coined as a catch all for indigenous gender expression in the 90s but its not very accurate because theres a large range of difference in gender expression through different groups that are hard ot undertsand outside of their framework.
But it gets the idea across that these societies have recognized more than a man and a woman for thousands and thousands of years and it continues to this day.
i was 21

i was inexperienced and oblivious to real life
I didn’t play sports because I’m a music kid but a locker room is not the same as playing a game where you’re willingly stripping man. Context is key.

i agree. but i also dont think this is ideal.
i'm no nudist but i think nudity is way too shameful in modern society, especially my area which was founded on puritanical roots.
i'm not saying i wanted to be naked in the locker room with the guys after gym class, in fact that would have terrified me, but i dont think it was a virtue to avoid this. i think it would behouve us to get a little more acustomed to it so its not seen as private or shameful. being okay with same s***nudity is a mindset that leads to other types of openness and sympathy

Getting dressed in a locker room is not what I think of when I think of “willingly” stripping down. Like you have to do that to change into clean clothes after a workout. It’s essential. Unless you like smelling foul.

I am very very staunch believer of none sexual nudity and the against stigma of nudity. Parallel but seperate to that, the stigma against s***as well, is extremely detrimental to society

no, s***is awesome.
That’s what i meant to say
Like why you can show someone getting their head chopped off in a movie and people smoking cigarettes but s***is where the line is drawn, will be looked at as bizzare in 100 years
