It’s easy.

Slice onions, zucchini, yellow squash and put it on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Get baby potatoes and cut them in half and distribute them around the sheet pan. Get cherry tomatoes and distribute them around. Spray everything with avocado oil or olive oil. Salt and pepper everything. Then add seasoning of choice (I used Costco organic no-salt seasoning, but it’s fire with Greek seasoning too).

Take chicken tenderloins or sliced breasts or sliced thighs and put them in a zip loc bag. Add 2 tbsp of oil, 2 tbsps of lemon juice, salt, pepper, and 4 tbsp of minced garlic (could be less if you don’t like garlic) and however much extra seasoning you want. I use a lot. Shake the bag till it’s distributed and let it sit for like 15 mins. Take the chicken out and put it on top of the rest of the stuff.400 degree oven for 30-45 mins till chicken is 165 degrees internal temp , or if you don’t have a thermometer you can cut a piece in half while it’s cooking and see if it’s done.

And that’s it. You could add whatever vegetables you want to the pan too. It’s pretty versatile.

Season 4 of the boys is complete trash so far

This romance with frenchie and the dude sucks. They had like the most fun romance in the entire show and they tossed it aside basically to make him to into a random relationship that he shouldn't even be in because he killed the guys family
