and Sam is saying it makes more sense to attribute this to the once in a lifetime pandemic, that we’re still living through the residual effects of, and not george floyd protests, lol.
the point is that it’s steadily decreasing, returning to normalcy with every year that follows the pandemic.
I personally think they’re both right and it was a combined effect and thus a pointless debate.
