    i go back and forth with KTT

    definitely good to discuss hobbies passionately and have good online friendships with people on here

    but stuff like browsing music sxn and seeing the 10000th post about drake kendrick beef is actively detrimental to life. also even the posting havnig a good time can go too far

    im more worried about my other useless internet browsing type of s*** that ive been on for almost half my life at this point, pretty crazy

    social media way worse by eons

    i didnt even realizing i was using to cope really. mostly coincides with my worst period mentally, i shouldnt really look down on it too much cuz i was just trying to get by

    wild to think of all the time i wasted in potentially goat years but need to try to move forward instead

    Yup. I’m technically 3 years clean I think? Very very small slip up with a tiny amount last year while already drunk but I don’t really count it

    I don’t full on miss it. Like the idea is smoking actually kinda gives me anxiety in itself but sometimes u get that itch man…
