What should I watch
One piece
I never saw the lion king remake
But this was a new story so I watched it
Still, it’s the same world. Seeing Simba et al as real lions really ruins the charm of the original

Party Down

I mean I prefer the cartoons and it would have been better as a cartoon
I agree
But that's also not what made me mad
Like that also makes me mad
But it's not what I was referring to
But I agree with that as well

It sounds like it made you mad because it was a stupid story

It was pretty solid until the very end tbh
I enjoyed most of the story
I wish more people would be discerning about what they watch and give money to. We need to bring back originality and creativity in Hollywood so badly. Everything is just a s***ty sequel or remake these days.
The end makes mufasa come across as a really mean douche and basically just teaches kids
Hey never mess up because even if you try to make up for your mistakes society will shun you

Can I ask, isn’t mufasa dead or is this a prequel

It's a prequel about mufasa and scar
@frenchpress KH players wont ever get this problem
What should I watch
Bible Black
Ok so he embraced mufasa when he was this stray
Defended him throughout their entire childhood
Scar dealt with losing his love interest to him, losing his path to royalty which he dedicated his entire life to to him, basically got lil brod consistently
Did one bad thing, and yeah it was pretty bad, but then he helps him handle it and saves his life
And still mufasa is like "well guess what buddy your name isn't your name anymore. You can stay but we all hate you"
And he's supposed to be the nice perfect king guy?
Took his name away
It's a prequel about mufasa and scar
I mean I guess I would be interested to know the story of how and why scar became a massive a******
Took his name away
Legitimately told him "you can stay...but I will never speak your name again"
MINUTES after scar had just saved his life

MINUTES after scar had just saved his life
I’m glad Scar got his revenge
Sopranos time

Honestly I think it just made scar seem pretty reasonable
Legitimately told him "you can stay...but I will never speak your name again"
MINUTES after scar had just saved his life
So this is basically Lion King: Joker Edition where the villain is the actual hero
So this is basically Lion King: Joker Edition where the villain is the actual hero
No
The movie is a celebration of Mufasa
The movie focuses mainly on mufasa and it seems like they are trying to make him come across as the good perfect lion guy
It's just absolutely insane how they did scar and still celebrated mufasa during it

You're getting upset over 2020s Disney writing. None of it means anything.

Like mufasa said that to him and everyone else was like "hell yeah" then in the future simbas daughter sees mufasa in the clouds and it ends with a mufasa title card in celebration of him
It's completely wacky

This is my childhood they are toying with BM
Now I gotta think about lion king and feel like mufasa was low-key kinda a jerk
